Taylor’s heart is to hold hope and process life alongside those in their healing journey. She does this in a holistic and psychodynamic manner. Taylor enjoys her work with adolescents and adult females, focusing in areas such as: anxiety and depression, developmental trauma, complex trauma, grief and loss, adjustment, attachment, and ego/identity work. She utilizes an eclectic range of therapeutic modalities including: CBT, reality therapy, internal family systems, existentialism and narrative therapy. Taylor’s faith is maintained in her philosophy of counseling. She uses biblical principles to guide counseling sessions.
