Judy co-founded Cornerstone Counseling Center alongside her husband, Mike, in July 1995. Together, they envisioned a professional Christian counseling center in the Catawba Valley, dedicated to integrating biblical wisdom and psychological expertise to support clients in their healing and growth.

With over 40 years of experience in counseling, teaching, and ministry, Judy brings deep compassion, experience and insight to her work. She specializes in spiritual issues, women’s concerns, marital and family dynamics, and addressing challenges such as Anxiety & Adjustment Disorders, Mood Disorders, Trauma (EMDR trained), Grief and Loss, ADHD, and other Learning Disorders. Her passion is witnessing God’s redemptive power at work in the lives of courageous individuals as they navigate life’s journey.

Judy also serves as Cornerstone’s Director of Administration & Development, overseeing key initiatives that support the center’s growth and mission.

Judy and Mike are parents of three grown children, a daughter-in-law, two sons-in-law, and three wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, creating pottery, photography, traveling, music, and is a lifelong learner.
