Mike, alongside his wife Judy, co-founded Cornerstone Counseling Center in the summer of 1995 with the vision of making Christian counseling accessible to all who sought it. Their goal was to create a fully licensed practice that brought together a team of counselors from diverse denominational backgrounds and graduate programs, each with unique specialties and professional expertise. They envisioned a collaborative environment where counselors could grow both in clinical effectiveness and in a shared commitment to faith, offering a holistic and faith-integrated approach to mental health and well-being.

As General Director of Cornerstone, Mike remains deeply committed to the center’s mission and values. His counseling focus includes spiritual issues, marital counseling, men’s concerns, depression, mood disorders, and addictions. He is passionate about blending both natural and supernatural truth, integrating psychological wisdom with biblical principles to guide clients toward healing, restoration, and lasting transformation. Mike’s greatest desire is for clients to experience the redemptive power of Christ in their journey toward emotional and spiritual wholeness—to the glory of God.
