Kate’s passion is to see people move beyond their struggles to the most limitless life possible. She does this through a holistic and individualized approach, knowing each person is unique. She enjoys her work with children, and adolescent and adult females, working with focuses such as: anxiety and depression, specific phobias, Adult Survivors of Child Abuse, trauma, children of divorcing parents, and identity work. She uses a wide range of therapeutic modalities according to the client’s need, including CBT, narrative therapy, and reality therapy.
When she is not counseling, Kate enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, painting, hanging out with her husband, and chasing their toddler.
