Josh believes that each person should be viewed holistically and that all needs should be considered in counseling: psychological, social, physical and spiritual. Josh uses a multiple theory approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral, Person Centered, Adlerian and Reality Therapies. Josh’s foundational philosophy of counseling is Christian based and he honors Biblical principles throughout the counseling process. Josh works with adults, individuals, men, women, couples, and children & adolescents (11 years and up) who are experiencing an array of difficulties. Josh is married to his best friend Jennifer, a local worship leader and they serve together at Christ Church.
