My focus is on listening compassionately, and working collaboratively, as we seek to find understanding and healing to the difficulties and challenges you have faced in your life I am passionate about helping you become emotionally and spiritually healthy as an individual, as well as in your relationships with others.
My approach considers the whole person: spirit, mind, and body. I integrate many different counseling theories and approaches within a Christian worldview. I have experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating challenges with anxiety, anger, relationship conflicts, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
My time on staff with InterVarsity, a college campus ministry, gave me a deep love for young adults and for helping others live into the fullness of the life God has for them. Outside of my professional life, I love hanging out my family, spending time in nature, exercising, reading, enjoying art work, learning about other cultures, and dreaming of future travel around the world.
