My counseling approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I work alongside clients to develop personalized strategies that align with their goals and reasons for seeking therapy. While learning new skills within a session is valuable, I believe that creating a safe space with unconditional positive regard allows individuals to feel truly known, heard, and accepted. This supportive environment fosters self-awareness, growth, and, ultimately, healing.

I provide individual and group counseling for adults and adolescents (ages 12 and up), addressing concerns such as Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Career and Job Displacement, Life Enrichment, Stress Management, Grief and Loss, and Adjustment challenges. My therapeutic approach is holistic, recognizing that we are created in God’s image—body, soul, and spirit. I integrate various evidence-based counseling theories, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Person-Centered, and Psychodynamic approaches. These frameworks acknowledge the impact of self-care, past experiences, behaviors, and values on overall well-being. Additionally, I utilize Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients develop practical treatment plans that align with their goals, empowering them to make meaningful progress in their lives.
