Susan E. Indenbaum, MSW, LCSW

Susan received her Bachelor of Social Work from East Tennessee University, and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina. She is a Licensed Clinical Social worker in the state of North Carolina and has been in private practice for 19 years. Susan has concentrated her continuing education on the advanced treatment of anxiety disorders. She provides counseling services to persons with anxiety disorders including panic disorder, specific phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety, and posttraumatic stress. She also has a special interest in women’s issues and works with women on confidence, assertiveness, or relationship concerns. Susan is especially concerned with empowering women to feel in control of their lives, make smart choices, find their true selves, strengthen their faith, and take responsibility for their own happiness. She counsels individuals and couples who are dealing with unresolved conflict, life transitions, co-dependency, or separation and divorce. Susan is also the author of “WHEN THE FAIRY TALE FAILS – How Women Today Can Find Their Own Happy Ever After”, published by New Horizon Press Books in 2007.
